I direly, direly need to get my passport so I can go see Billy Talent in Germany.

eta: goddamnit, why was I born in Los Angeles (okay Long Beach but it goes through LA county) where it takes years to get anything from? No, seriously, it takes 14 weeks to get a birth certificate from them. Fuck my life, I'm just going to fly there and get it myself.
eta2: fuck my life website, you were wrong, it only takes 20 working days and a notary. fuck my life, i'm still going to fly there and get it myself.
